Antiseptic Microbicide
Betadine Solution is a broad-spectrum, topical antiseptic microbicide for removing germs from the skin and mucous membranes. Use the full strength solution for preoperative prepping of the skin, preventing bacterial infection, emergency antisepsis of minor lacerations, abrasions and burns, and postoperative application to surgical incisions.
Uses:
- disinfects wounds, lacerations, abrasions and burns
- kills gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and viruses
- helps to reduce bacteria that potentially causes infections
- preoperative prepping of the skin
- post operative application to incisions
- for use on companion animals including dogs, cats and horses
